No matter what the return issue is, you must call deMarks Music's customer service, at 800/399-2394 between 9 - 5 PM, Monday through Friday, EST before any returns will be honored. You must, prior to sending the product,receive the proper authorization on all returns.
When you call, and after you explain what the problem is, you will receive a return code to put on the package. USPS may be used for the return.
Any item found to have a manufacturing defect will be replaced at no charge, shipping or otherwise, to our customers for up to 21 days after date of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: All non-authorized returns will be refused and we do not offer refunds on CDs, only replacement of defective CDs.
Problems with CD Download:
We do not offer refunds on purchased downloads. If you are unable to download a CD after purchase, please call demarks Music's Customer Service, leave your e-mail address. We will e-mail you a direct link to download the CD.
